REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

1- Disconnect the device’s voltage socket or switch off its breaker from the electric panel.
2- Remove the pin from the Distress Button Cover. It may be a bit difficult as it fits tightly.
3- Keep the pin and spring of the Distress Button Cover for future use.
4- Use a utility knife to lift the old and worn TRP-1000 Panel from a corner, then peel it off by hand.
5- If possible, remove all remaining adhesive. If it cannot be removed, you may leave it as is.
6- Remove the protective adhesive backing from the new TRP-1000 Keypad Panel.
7- Carefully stick the keypad in place in one go, and gently press across the entire surface to ensure full adhesion.
8- Reinstall the Distress Button Cover along with its pin and spring.
