Distant Sales Agreement - TURKEY MARINE SERVICE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise specified.

2. Commencement of Operations
Operations will commence once the payment has been received in our bank account.

3. Bank Charges
All bank charges shall be borne by the paying party. The payment received in our account must match the invoiced amount.

4. Shipping and Liability
Responsibility for any loss or damage to the products during transportation lies with the carrier. Claims for such incidents must be made directly to the carrier.
If you wish to insure your shipment, you must indicate this before placing your order. If the insurance fee is paid, the package will be insured, and in case of any loss, the amount claimed from the carrier will be charged to you. Any bank charges arising from this are the responsibility of the consignee.

5. Warranty for Used/Refurbished Products
The warranty period for used/refurbished products installed by our personnel is 4 months.

6. Warranty for New Products
The warranty period for brand new products installed by our personnel is 1 year.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only possible for orders cancelled before shipment.

8. Customs Responsibility
The consignee is fully responsible for all customs procedures in the country of destination.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or the processing of orders.

10. Intellectual Property
All products and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws (KVKK and GDPR) and will be used solely for order fulfillment purposes.

12. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may delay delivery. In such cases, the company shall not be held liable.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Amendments
The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
